How do I add new scenes or routines to the network?

How do I add new scenes or routines to the network?

One of the most common questions we have is: how do people make changes to their scenes or routines.

Unfortunately, you are not able to make changes to scenes and routines yourself as they need to be integrated into the Nifty Brain™ and the entire system, so that they work correctly with other devices and the suchlike in that room/area/property.

However we are able to help with this all you need to do is contact us

You will  need to let us know the following information:

  1. Your account name & number
  2. What scene you need changed
  3. What you need it changed to (or if you want a new scene or routine, what you want to happen)
We will then call you to discuss your requirements and how we can integrate your amended/new scene/routine into the network.
