What devices can you install?
We’ve installed and tested hundreds of devices from a wide range of manufacturers. In most cases, we can install almost any device but before we do, we carry out checks to ensure it meets our standards for reliability and security. We also review the company behind the product to ensure they’re reputable.
We don’t install devices just because they’re cheap — we have a duty of care to our customers. We need to be confident that we can support, maintain, and stand by anything we install. We can’t risk being in a position where a product fails, causes issues, or becomes unsupported, leaving our customers with a poor experience and us unable to help. Your smart home should be reliable, secure, and stress-free and we’re here to make sure it stays that way.
