How long will it take to get a reply?
Response times depend on your subscription package, typically ranging from 24 to 72 hours. All support requests must be submitted through the online portal. Telephone support is not available for any tier.
Why can’t I just call someone?
To provide faster, more effective support, we connect you directly with the engineer who likely installed your system—not a generic call centre agent. Call centres are often slow, expensive, and focused on ending calls quickly rather than solving problems. If a call is genuinely needed, we’ll contact you at a time that suits you.
