What commands
If you’re unsure which voice commands control your smart home devices, the best place to start is by using the names shown in your app as a guide. Simply begin with the wake word—such as “Alexa” or “Hey Google”—followed by the room name, the device type, and the command.
Switch: (Wake word) + (Room) + (Device Type) + (Command)
Thermostat: (Wake word) + Set (Room) + (Device Type) to (0°-30°)
Examples:
- “Alexa, turn the kitchen light off.”
- “Hey Google, set the lounge heater to 20 degrees.”
- “Hey Google, turn the lounge heater OFF”

- Kitchen counter ON/OFF

- Bedroom - light - ON/OFF
